I stopped accruing vacation sometime last week.

I've been forced by circumstances (some personal, some work-related), to trim a planned 2-week vacation this month down to 4 days.

what does it mean, when trying to work out when it's ok to take some vacation time is a larger source of stress than just saying fuckit and continue working?

well, I got a little slack time, work wise.

someone must've noticed. I'm buried now. yes, I predicted it a couple or three weeks ago. but then I was lulled into a false sense of normalcy.

I don't think I have time for sleep, now. but I really need to figure out when to breathe.

I don't, actually, think I broke my hand.

my dog is cuddled up next to me.

I also figured out why the puppy is agitated, we gave him deworming medicine this morning and his insides must feel funny.

...but I do still need to figure out what's wrong with my wireless setup. this blows, it should be able to handle multiple computers at a time. ( Read more... )
