that doesn't sound like eczema though. eczema is ridiculous itchy dry skin. that just sounds like peely dry hands. my right thumb and left ring finger are currently experiencing that exact condition!

yeah, my hands are dry all oveer, but my right pinky is really really bad. it's chapped and it bleeds sometimes cause it's so dry.
