Hello! I am new to this group. I want to participate, but I'm not sure if I have to wait for a new challenge, or if I just hop in the one that's currently going on...I'm a little confused and I would love some clarification. Thanks so much!
Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! Here's how an LDWS works. We have sign-ups and we take however many participants we're accepting for the current round. Each week, they're given a prompt to write and each week, someone is voted off. No new people come into the competition until the next round.
There are some other drabble contests around, though none going at the moment. Each month, dmhgchallenge hosts a 100-word drabble competition. Other than that, I guess you'll have to wait for something to start up. You're always welcome to write for our challenges, even though they won't be in the voting. :)
