I agree with Orlando_switch: it's a brilliant scenario, and you can't just leave us there!

Who is going to win? My vote is that you give us three sequels, one where Draco wins, one where Hermione wins, and one where the judges declare a tie -- and we get to see the different consequences. A virtual medal if you can interweave them into a single story!
