As I said when you sent them in, these are proper art!

I love the effect in the first one, with the white, chalky lines on black, and the falling stars, and Draco's arm, which really suggests desire (plus you've drawn a really good hand!).

And, in the second one, you've captured two amazing likenesses even though we can only see part of each face, besides giving us a very tender kiss.

Thank-you. I was (and still kind of am) so terrified to do this. Art is usually a more private thing, for me. I'm glad you liked them and will hope that the original recipient would have too.
Your compliments are appreciated. Thanks. :)

What gloriously well-done art pieces! The first is 100% magical. I adore Hermione's dress and the lines of her body, just perfect. The second is excellent as well. The side view of Draco looks just like 'him,' (as I view him :) and Hermione is gorgeous, with that beautiful sweep of her lashes. Total romance!

Hi. Kudos on the details in the second drawing (their jaws and his forehead and her cheeks make me think of Tom and Emma).

I can imagine them in the muggle club. It's dark except for the strobing fluorescent lights which once in a while shines where they are situated. In the next flash of light, they are kissing.

Every other color is washed out in the light except for the red and green that Hermione has on her hair and hands.

Kind of symbolic because in the light there are no labels. Just Hermione and Draco. Equals and enjoying it.

The symbolic thing wasn't intentional but now I can't not see it lol. Thank-you so much. :)

Oh, these are gorgeous, both!

I really love the neon effect in the first picture. 1st person Draco POV really gives the piece a personality; we can envision that this glamourized vision is how he sees Hermione in that moment. Beautiful interpretation!

The second one, you can really see you worked with Emma and Tom as the models here. The use of B&W is a perfect vehicle for the only colour -- a romantic red rose adornment in her hair. That choice really allows the romanticism of the moment to shine through. I get the impression of FIRST KISS, SOFT, SWEET, TENDER, GENTLE ROMANCE from just that one detail.

Fantastically done, dahling!!!

Thank-you so much! :)
There were two colours actually - red and green. They're Gryffindor and Slytherin, lol. The different perspectives in the comments have been eye opening, though. Thanks.
