An absolutely stellar read for an almost-autumn day! So very well-written and well-plotted. It feels as if this would be exactly what happens, post-war but epilogue-ignored. I love the realistic feel of it and how it all comes full circle, in its own lovely way. I expected that the deceased would be Lucius, but it still brought a small lump to my throat, to see how Draco handled the situation. Adored Hermione's early plans, which will still no doubt come to full fruition in a bit more roundabout way. Congrats on such a wonderfully crafted story!

Beautiful!

Draco contemplating the three main things that played a big part in his life, only to come to different conclusion than his father-and a seemingly better one, too.

I love how you put it against the background of Draco preparing for his father's funeral, which usually is a point in life when you re-evaluate things; in addition, I equally love how you sectioned it into segments, each emphasising one of the three words.

And I love the little scheming Hermione playing him to get him. And baby Scorpius! <3 <3

So I loved this! So wasn't expecting the ending but I should of seen it coming with the first parts of the fic him trying to think of what Lucius was to him.

There's a few lines I loved! "I'm a Malfoy everyone loves me" this was perfectly Draco!

I loved how you made the power, wealth and family that was brilliant!

This line though would have to be my favourite "Hermione had come to him with a proposition, with a promise of rising back up, and a killer body to go with those sweet, whispered promises; she was everything he hadn’t realised he wanted or needed" it spoke of the love that they had built and made my heart clench.

I loved how the lessons his bigoted father had taught him were all lessons in humility for Draco when put into practice -- and how each time he was humbled, he found something good came of it. Beautifully juxtaposed ideas, dahling! Well done!!!
