The one that springs to mind right away is "After Victory" by a-bees-buzz.

I'm not sure, but there may be some on my favourites lists. Here. There are quite a few Draco/Hermione there.

In the self-pimpage category, The Weekender is a one-shot that fits your description in terms of having them as sort of co-workers. That and After Victory (20 chapters, completed) are both linked in the sidebar of my journal.

There's a whole bunch of great post-Hogwarts fics at Dangrous Liaisons Awards. I like Where the Magic Is by Argosy the best. :3

I would love to help you but I cant, I have been so out of the loop fro mthis fandom i dont know whats worth readign these days, not read a fanfic for a long time since other fandoms has taken over my time lately.
