I fairly certain there's a fic on AFF in which Draco and Pansy have an "open marriage" and they both get involved with Hermione. I have to look up the links, but it should be relatively recent in the "Threesomes and Moresomes" section of the HP archives.
One of my own contributions to the Hermione Big Bang was a fic written for an illustration of Pansy buying Hermione at a slave auction. The story is Pansy/Hermione with hints of Draco/Hermione and Draco/Pansy/Hermione. The picture is called "The Claim" and the story is called "Claimed." If I weren't at work, I'd look up the link, but if you go to the Hermione Big Bang site and look up the Phase I art, you'll find them both.

Found one story, but a) it's incomplete at 4 chapters; b) it's Hogwarts years, not an open marriage and c) February of this year is not relatively recent.
