1) that's pretty messed up

2) roberto is a cool dude, it's a bummer he is leaving

3) ask him? I know exactly what you mean with the whole, mind taking it to the extreme thing

4) don't change it drastically all at once, over the next few months swap out little bad habits for better ones. If it's a gradual change you are MUCH more likely to keep to it.

5)Have you complained to a supervisor? at this point she is actually a health code liability for the park, which is sort of a big deal. plus she's clearly a moron, soooo there's that.

...you're not tall. (well, compared to me and Heath...) ;)

I like truth too. Brain's way too good at the other too.

Weight - you can do something different once and it'll jolt your metabolism a bit. Do something drastically different - enough to be really sore from it. Random weight training, go for a long walk/run a couple times - and then maintain everything else you've been doing. It doesn't have to be permanent -just shock your system. (don't starve or eat lettuce for two days.)
