[There's a very short video clip of Jezebel attending to a strange-looking girl with bandages covering all her limbs. Jezebel inserts a needle into her arm, making her squirm and swat him in the face. He frowns, looking supremely irritated, but says nothing.]

...Are you sure he's safe?

Why do you ask?

...Just don't see how it'd do anything any good if he turns and takes a chunk out of your hand, that's all.

He doesn't seem the type. On the contrary, he seems rather protective.

What's happened to him?

Mikaila -- the girl -- threw one of her 'tantrums' and tore him apart. But I've fixed him up good as new.

Is he hurting?

Not anymore, now that he's sewn back together.

Mikaila -- the girl -- had a small fit and would up tearing him to pieces. But I've made him all better again.

What is your dog's name?

I've decided to call him Franken. It seems fitting.

Franken. He is rather cute.

He is, isn't he? And he's rather intensely loyal. He makes for a wonderful guard dog.

...Ah, I know that type. The type of tantrum that only does end when someone's blood is on the wall, be it yours or hers.

Your mending is quite impeccable, I must say. Most novices to the art of stitching together corpses end up with their pets leaking organs all over the place.

Exactly. Luckily she hasn't killed anyone valuable yet, but she's turning this into a bad habit.

Why thank you. I'm actually rather practiced at this. Mostly, however, I've had to do it to humans, like the girl.

I've found that the only way spoiled children like that can be disciplined is if your tantrums are simply bigger. It may take time in patching her back up, but she will learn eventually.

Ah, yes. A domestic hound would definitely be less intricate than a human. So she's reanimated as well?

Unfortunately, her discipline is not mine to dole out, since she is the Cardmaster's undertaking.

Yes, she was made by cloning the corpse of a woman who died last year. It's strange that she came back as a small girl, but not unheard of.
