[Judging from the angle and the fact that he wasn’t even looking at the camera, Waver seemed to be unaware that he was being filmed.]

[The only reason, in fact, that he was on this damn thing was because Rider had been using it often and he wanted to know exactly what kind of damage his Servant was doing on the computer. Waver could think of all ( Read more... )

Oh, I was wondering when you'd find that.

[There was every likelihood that Rider had completely tuned Waver out, as he didn't seem at all cowed when he wandered into the computer room. Then again, Rider wasn't easily cowed by tiny magi.]

What the hell were you thinking, putting things about the war on something public?

[Well, Waver was just going to yell at him until he did listen.]

Are you trying to put us both in danger, or are you just too stupid to realize that's what you've done?

You worry too much about things like that. There's not any problems with it - you're the one who told me magi are terrible at computers, right?

That doesn't give you an excuse to tell everyone about it! Only mages are supposed to know about the war, Rider.

If it makes you feel any better, I've been talking about the war here for years and not very much has happened because of that. No one here has a reason to attack you.

You have to be another person from my world, aren't you? Even someone who's visited Fuyuki. Then I should introduce myself; Issei Ryudo, heir to Ryudoji Temple.

Not really. Just because someone isn't currently on this community thing who would want to attack me doesn't mean that someone else who does won't find it.

I've been to the area. What do you mean by 'your world', though?

I've been here three years, though... And, well. I suppose as the senior member I have to step in if this place is abused.

How can I explain it? It's a more advanced form of the Second Magic, from what I've read. While the Second uses parallel universes that are, in essence, very similar to each other in nature, this place connects to worlds that are nothing like each other. So even though your timeline is likely different from mine, at least it shares the Grail War in common; there are worlds here without that, the Mage's Association, or anything close.

You don't seem much like a magus. How do you know about all of this?

[Magecraft was supposed to be a well-guarded secret, and it was a serious offense if a magus was jeopardizing that secrecy.]

So you're his master?

If it's any comfort, this place connects to other worlds, so people here knowing about the war will most likely have little effect.

At this point, it's pointless to deny it. That idiot is my Servant.

Unless you're suggesting that the internet is capable of incredible feats of magic, it should be impossible for me to be talking to someone from another reality.

From what he has told me, is it really that far fetch for you to think there is a way to connect with other worlds?

Rider's an idiot and doesn't know anything about magecraft, so don't mind him.

There's only one person who should be capable of anything like what you're describing, and even he would be limited to parallel realities rather than completely separate ones. If there ever was a system of magic designed to connect to other worlds, it's long since been lost.

Are you the boy he was talking about caring for? Please don't get a bad impression, this isn't a really bad place.

[And just that word choice was enough to get him flustered. Way to be subtle, Waver.]

Don't, don't get the wrong idea, he doesn't care for me! We're just partners for the duration of the war, that's all!

Yay! He's gonna be fun :) makewayforroze July 22 2011, 21:10:01 UTC
Partners can care for one another. I think they do, most of the time. But it's a good thing, isn't it?

So, you're from the same place as the one calling himself Alexander the Great?
