...what do you do when you're pretty sure you've screwed up everything so badly that you're pretty sure none of your friends will ever talk to you again?

I know I fucked up. And part of me thinks I should just leave them alone forever. Even though I don't want to.

Saying "I'm sorry" is a good way to start. Then show it. If you talk to them, they can help you know what you would have to do to make it up to them.

I don't know what you did but friends do have an amazing capacity to forgive one another, even if it takes time.
