While I'm not entirely sure what a blog is, but I'm usually quite interested in cooking.

A blog is somewhat like this community; it's a lot of people talking and sharing opinions on an online network. The only difference is that on a blog, it's centered around one topic, like cooking or parenting. And even if you don't know, it's no big deal, really. I'm just happy to see anyone who's interested.

I am as well. It's not something I can share with my traveling companions. They're a little brutish at the best of times.

What kinds of things would a cooking blog consist of?

People sharing recipes and videos, mostly. Maybe even stories of a bad or funny food experience, or a favorite cooking program.
