Yeah. Well, biological father. I was adopted when I was a baby, though, so I guess ... I still don't really know him that well. But we're working on it.

I was adopted too. But I never met my biodad. Awkward is probably better than not having one, right?

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure if I wrote about this particular obstacle, nobody would believe me. That's the thing about cover-ups. But, I've got something in mind. It's, uh ... I don't know, it's kind of personal, though. [ "sylar came and tried to kill me at my school, clearly this counts as overcoming adversity" doesn't really roll off the tongue. of course, her essay will have to be truth-ish instead of truth, but still. ]
