This is entirely irrelevent to the conference I'm freaking out about that's coming tomorrow, for which Spock will no doubt bitch me out for playing silly twentieth century games instead of properly reviewing and resting, but...

Every time I've played this game tonight, Scotty has died on me. Last time, so did Bones. I'm getting a little miffed ( Read more... )

[It's because he's a redshirt, what did you expect?]

...I'm sorry about my lack of survival skills?

You better be. I need you. No one else can take care of the Enterprise like you can.

Oh, wait, hang on. You just got bitten by a zombie.

Sorry.

Wait. Make that two zombies.

You know what this game needs? A weapons upgrade. Clearly, that's where this team keeps failing.

Chapel just broke her arm and is "incapacitated." What is this tomfoolery?

While there's nothing funny about the situation, you've got to admit the graphics rendering is pretty laugh-worthy.

Oh, wow. Gonna have to bookmark that one for later. That looks amazing.

[ooc: Actually, it's a good thing I caught you! I'm...going to need permission to have Ianto and Jack be on board the Enterprise for the next few days, to escape the the bad things that are going to happen in their universe with the Doctor's canon move? :< Is Jim game with that? Let's...pretend that Ianto already got permission to be there for the log that he's got with Sulu in his cabin atm, but Jack's going to post tomorrow being pretty frantic about getting away from where he is (every human on the planet has turned into a man that tortured him to death over and over for a full year), and so he'll be kind of desperate to get out of there asap :X]

It's just... really a masterpiece.

((ooc: 1) oh, god, End of Time *sobs*; 2) I was going under the assumption that Ianto doesn't have permission to be aboard atm. Because, umm, yeah, Jim says no body on his ship besides crew. Blood could be shed when he finds out, because he's really livid about it; 3) that being said, I'm totally open to Jack negotiating to spend time aboard in the next few days. It won't be an easy conversation, but it could work.))

Don't need to tell me twice. I can't even believe that they'd have a game like that around, anymore.

((1) yeah, ikr :(; 2) well, Ianto's got permission from McCoy to be coming on board as his patient, he's just...not being his patient exactly at that moment. He needs to see McCoy in the morning tomorrow, though, so. Maybe they could hide the fact that he spent the night, and just go from there? They're going to all have to reach some sort of agreement about TW members being on board, sometime, though, because Sulu really doesn't want to upset his captain with this, but...well. Him and Ianto are kind of in a relationship, and all :'D; 3) alright, Jack'll be putting a post up tomorrow begging to get a hop to the Enterprise, then. I can link you when it's up through a PM, or something, or you can just be on the lookout for it, either or.))

I found it rummaging through some old packed computer files. I'm not sure who thought it was neccessary in the Federation library, but, I love them.

((2) Yeah, I agree about an areement being needed, but it should be noted that McCoy doesn't have authorization to let people on the ship and Jim's yet to give permission to let Ianto aboard ever. Jim has told Bones this. Jim is ready to write an official warning up for Bones about this, despite it being his BFF. Like I said. Really upset. 3) PM would be great, just in case I'm absent-minded and miss it. ♥))

... Where did you find a zombie version of Oregon Trail?

It was hidden in a climate control subroutine folder. I have no idea what it's doing there, but. :D

... But it's been distracting you so it doesn't matter. Got it.

Wait a second, your air conditioning has subroutine folders? What year are you even in, anyway?

Climate control subroutine folder. Oh, the things you find when you're trying to simulate a snow storm in your room.
