My coach said getting one of these online journals would be useful. Said I can keep track of my training and eating habits personally and reference back to it.

I don't see why I can't just write it down on paper, but when I suggested that he went on about the 21st century and technology. I guess it can't hurt...

Right, here goes!

6:00am - woke up, drank juice and did some warmup stretches.
8:00am - got changed and took a light jog to Naganaki Shrine.
9:00am - did some pull ups on the monkey bars though I got some funny looks from the kids...
10:00am - felt a bit hungry so jogged to the beef bowl place and got an extra-large beef bowl.
