This website appears to grant access to areas of the web I have not previously been able to visit. Is there an explanation for this phenomenon?

And it seems I am using an account that previously belonged to a different user. I hope there is no problem with this? I do not know why I was able to log into it in the first place, since I do not recall

Ja, more or less. I can feel my people, specially if we are on war or there's a bankrupt or an epidemic.
