An arch nemesis? Well, I suppose that would be someone who's goals constantly come into conflict with yours.

I think it's best not to get hurt in the first place. Barring that, vitamin E aids in healing various cuts an abrasions. Also, you could use honey. Many people, including doctors, swear by the medicinal properties of honey.

I try not to get hurt, but I gotta fight a lot, so I guess there's no way to never get hurt. Vitamin E...Well, my diet doesn't have a lot of stuff that has that in it, but for a pretty good reason.

I'd say you have an arch-nemesis right there.

There are vitamin supplements available over the counter. Of course, you might still want train more, in the hopes that your skills improve so that you're less likely to be hurt worse than your opponent.

An arch-nemesis is someone who you clash against time and time again, someone that you can't admit defeat to and vice versa. All that can be done against them is persevere.

Well, in comics you don't ever beat an arch-nemesis. Kind of the point of them.

As for the rest? Ask around this place. There's probably a ton of people who could fix you up.

'Course you'll probably have to be polite long enough for them to do it, and since that's beyond you, you might want to stick to bed rest.
