What is it like to be a detective? I'm kind of interested, actually~

(OOC: And my way to fail at being active. People who know her may call her out, all replies assumed anon!)

Well, it's a lot of hard work, actually. Sometimes dangerous, even, but very rewarding, too.

Oh? What type of detective work do you do, exactly?

I take on all kinds of cases. But it seems that I have a high ratio that deal with homicides. Out of the 24 plus cases I've solved, 16 of them involved homicide.

So, you can see the danger involved in apprehending a suspect like that.

Depends on the case. Isn't this like asking how is to be any other job you can think about?

It is, but I'm not actually looking to be a detective for a job...it's for other reasons. which I will never explain

Curiosity is good trait. Problematic too, but good.

It can be as boring as it can be challenging and demanding. All depending on the kinds of cases you take on, and the methods you're willing to use.

Is there anything specific you want to know?

Hm.

I'd actually like to know what types of cases there are.

Well, there are as many kinds of cases as there are kinds of crimes. Anything from retrieving lost or stolen property or information to catching a murderer or uncovering a criminal organization.
