I know exactly what you mean! I love having pets around! As far as pets go, humans are definitely the best, though. Unless you get them really young, they're already housebroken!
Yeah, I could see that, Johnny! I think cats tend ta be a little more low key in the mess areas .. kinda aloof, if ya ask me, but still nice when they care ta be.
I don't really mind 'em .. but with a puppy around, it'll be hard enough ta get my babies back home and sorted .. a cat .. they'd just try ta eat, I think.
[nods and beams] Yeah! I got 'em when they were just the teensiest little balls of adorable! [happy sigh] Mistah J got 'em for me back when we was still together.
Well, they was like any other puppy initially .. well .. save for breakin' a little more furniture than the normal dog, I guess. Bud chomped right through a chair leg at 3 months old .. that was a bit of an issue, but we broke her of the habit pretty quick. [beams] They're so smart!
I mean, no, they're not the typical pet, but I don't tend ta think that we were that normal of a 'family', ya know? Definitely not the babies for everybody, but I ain't never been happier.
[blinks and then grins] I love the names, toots! How long ya had 'em?
Probably a big dog. Anything small would be too easily injured around here, plus something large might put off petty thieves from trying to break into my business.
