Oh, Universe. What a mad, mad place you are.

So, I Googled the APA Citation Style Guide, to ensure I'm doing the citations on this stupid Psych essay properly.

Which is all well and good, until I notice that the first example on the first site in the Google search is the following:

Billy Elliot is a great film. I must admit that I don't care much for the script, but the performances from Julie Walters and especially Jamie Bell are worth it.

Btw, if you are using Word 2007 then you can get it to insert APA citations and reference pages for you.

Just go to the References tab in the ribbon and there is a Citations & Bibliography section. Select APA style (it will probably default to that), then select Insert Citation. You get a Create Source form to fill in with all the details, then click OK, then you just click to insert the citation. At the end of the paper you select Bibliography, then Insert Bibliography.

It is really easy. It has saved me loads of time.
