Ranting & Shiva

You know what, I think that this whole Red Robin, Bruce dying, Dick becoming Batman bull crap should be used to do something helpful. Like say, have Dick realize that every time he becomes Batman he automatically becomes an asshole for no particular reason, or how about the writers have everyone in the bat family realize that Damian is one evil ( Read more... )

Go Tim! Score one for the tricky boy!

I must admit I love Dick too. And outside this context that could be a really tricky statement to make in public...

Yeah Tim! Well, that's one way to beat Lady Shiva. I love it when he uses his brain to compensate for his body. I mean, Tim's body is only a weak when you compare him to people like Lady Shiva or, say, Superman, but still. Perfect.

Yeah. Dick was better then.

You inspired me to post more scans!

Tim’s intelligence probable is higher then Bruce’s… I think I have a scan for that too. *goes to find it*

Tim/Shiva (or even just storylines with Tim and Shiva interacting) makes me so happy. ^__^ Thanks for the scans! I'm just going to list all the times I can think of that they interact extensively ( ... )

Thank you *so* much! Your explanation was very helpful. I should be able to find them thanks anyways!

I loved this interaction too. It really was the perfect way to end the Robin series because like you said, Tim trained with Shiva in the beginning of his Robin training and for him to beat her is the ultimate way for him to prove himself and show he is ready for the "next level" (whatever that may be).

Another big villain for Tim would be Two-Face. As you know, when Tim first put on the Robin suit to save Batman and Nightwing Two-Face almost kills him. Throughout the Robin series Tim references it as one of his most terrifying moments.

As for Ra's, as soon as I read that, I pictured Tim chained to the bed and the two of them arguing over politics. >.< Who's fault is that again?

Two Face is the gauntlet all the Robins have to run in the begining, I think. And this is me thinking of the first three Robins being all the Robins (not that I don't love Steph, but she hardly had the job long enough to add much to the mythos). Anyway, in my head, I call him Uncle Harvey, when in relationship to the Robins, because I am obviously a dork.

I actually really want to see Two Face's reaction to Damian and visa-versa. I just think I want it to happen in streets of gotham or something else not written by Morrison.
