My little area of the office contains myself and four animators. Maybe they didn't know what it meant. Certainly none of them touched my arse.

Funny, as I read that I said "I love the word haptic."

That was before I got to your last sentence..

"Haptic modality" was one of the first phrases I learnt during my Masters and it's stuck quite well :) I'm not surprised it's not a widely known phrase, but a bit disappointed that nobody seemed to look it up.

:-) Good email! Strange trousers. (unlike mine, which *were* actually showing flesh this morning - had to stitch up the inner thigh on the train!)

I'm sure I've seen ones with clear panels in the arse at some point -maybe you should get some of those for work, and really surprise them :-)
