No, he didn't kill Hiro...but you have to admit, Sylar having Hiro's power helps work out some of the kinks in an attempt at a long distance relationship, LOL.
Your words are so poignant they just kill me. And your characterization of little Noah is adorable. He's smart like his dad, but I can also see he's already fiercely protective of his mom. "Show me your sparkles" and "I thinked I could do that" made me want to give little Noah a huge hug. *loves him*
Gah, this limbo they're in is so painful -- but of course it would have to be! I really like how you're dealing with the complexities of this relationship after 3x12, and how fiercely protective Elle is of Noah. I love how she keeps nailing Sylar with unanswerable questions, and how he doesn't try to make excuses for himself anymore. The watchmaker needs to be fixed. :(
Loved this line: “He has a father,” Elle says, like he hasn’t spoken, “and he has the right to know who you are, even if you don’t deserve to know him.”
And I love that Noah is an empath, too! Seems like something that will help break down the walls between Elle and Sylar a little more, too...

I don't think superspeed would work well with his hair.

Little Noah is total love, I agree. Stupid Heroes writers killed him twice. That's gotta be illegal in some states.

♥ Elle's protectiveness, and her wariness, and how he's trying so hard to get back into her good graces.
Also, wonderful nod to the ~*~tingles~*~ lie detector ability xD
