This is a splendidly done "missing scene" with voices perfectly in tune. I especially liked this line from Giles:

"We do what we must when it is asked of us.:

To me, that pretty much sums up the entire series' theme.

I think this makes for a very appropriate missing scene. I also like that Giles and Willow were able to take comfort in each other during this challenging time.

When I started thinking about the prompt, I immediately started to think about how she even came to be teaching the class. The rest just fell into place. And of course, I love when Giles and Willow can comfort each other. ;)

I could definitely see Giles putting his own apprehensions aside to help Willow, which is really helping him too. I'm so glad you enjoyed it.
