When I saw that Angel/Adam Monroe, I was intrigued. I had to read. And this was really great. I loved Spike's cameos.

Thanks so much! When I first had the idea to cross the two shows with these characters I wasn't sure how involved they would have been, but I think this came about pretty naturally, if I do say so myself.

Like Angel. I too have a soft spot for blond, blue eyed English men, or naughty woman (Darla, Niki-with the the addition of Faith). But to the point is-I ADORE Adam. LOVE Spike. Angel is just too freaking lucky for his own good. Plus tall, powerful brunets are SO my thing too. (Nathan,Angel)
Anyway hope you write more. I dig the idea and melting over this paring.

Yes, Adam has been rapidly growing on me too. Pairing him with Angel was a lot of fun.

ok, I saw "Angel/Adam Monroe" it didn't even click it was a Angel/Heroes x-over. I just went, heh cool! then realised - wow. Now that's a pairing I hadn't thought of!!

I clicked b/c I loved AtS so much even though Angel wasn't my fav. I enjoyed the banter between them and Adam was so Adam in this, especially his vocal mannerisms. I could hear David Anders's silky voice careening through the monitor. Yum.

Couldn't quite read the NC-17 parts though, not being a fan of slash. although with the way I've been going lately, I will no doubt eventually work up to it!

Nice fic! I'm intrigued by their "friendship". It's odd to think that Adam is actually older than Angel.

LOL. This pairing kind of caught me off guard. I had first imagined a crossover between the two shows as an Adam/Spike friendship story (which I may write at some point). Can't you just see the two of them getting drunk together? But since I had to write something for winter_of_angel, I re-worked that idea into an Angel/Adam story. With Adam being so old, it wasn't so hard to find a reason for them to know each other. Especially when I realized that Adam could use Wolfram & Hart for its financial and legal services.

I know that the slash can put a lot of people off. Initially I wrote the story without it, but then had time - and the inspiration - and added it. I'm intrigued by the idea of Angel being able to bite Adam, especially since Adam will heal from it right away. Might have to explore that more another time; not necessarily in a sexual way.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Angel being one of my first loves and having him paired with Adam was truly a treat for me. I really enjoyed this and loved the delicious image conjured in my head x_X Fantastic job!

I'm thrilled that you were able to enjoy this story. When you think about it, it's completely natural that these two would have met in the past, especially with Adam's long life.
