I do not function or think well when I have been awake for almost two days. I went out with a friend for lunch today and I could barely carry on a conversation. Plus it was a rough call night. I cried in front of my attending (he was nice) and I may to lose my first patient. Instead of having a heart attack, he's had a leg attack. As in not
