The dam bursts

She was up at the crack of dawn, Bear-Bear and cuddly Flash toy in hand. She camped out in front of the television and inhaled several hours worth of Disney Channel shows. When I got up it was time for DVDs - she was "desperate" to see Brave and the Bold episodes about Gentleman Ghost (the villain had "been on her mind" for two weeks). Breakfast followed, which she ate while trying to "rhyme like Etrigan". While I did my daily work-out, she drew a picture of the three of us attending Wicked and played her Barbie video game. The fashion line she created sold out, earning her "Barbie bucks" that will upgrade her avatar's look.

Then, Optimus Prime decided it was time to complete Sari Sumdac's training as an Autobot. Batman and Captain America chimed in, saying the girl should be taught the super hero way as well. The four of them travelled to a distant valley where a massive Transformer battle had once taken place, so that Sari could safely use her Allspark-given powers to the full. However the group had been followed by the vengeful Gentleman Ghost. He used his supernatural powers to reanimate all the dead Cybertronians in the valley and send them after the heroes. After that heart-wrenching battle, he summoned the spirits of Bucky and Batman's missing Justice League allies to further torment his foes. Thanks to Sari, the good guys triumphed - and the girl was rewarded with an official Autobot insignia and full-time heroing responsibilities.

Lunch was a tuna sandwich (chicken for me) up at the shops so we could share stareyednight's break with her. A check of the post box provided us with new villains for future stories, courtesy of newsy891 and falcadore. The first stop, upon returning home, was the Wii - she wanted to be Batmite and play through some more of the Brave and the Bold video game. There was also a puzzle to do - a 100-piece Transformers: Animated jigsaw she bought months back, but only rediscovered while cleaning her room yesterday. She knocked that off in less than 30 minutes, leaving her with plenty of time to cook a hearty meal for her doll/daughter, Victoria, in her Disney Princess kitchen.

Meanwhile, the people of the city were getting ready to name either Sari, Princess Leia or Pepper Potts the Heroine of the Year. The ceremony was interrupted by the AT-AT, dozens of Clone Troopers and an army of Battle Droids. At Darth Vader's direction, the Imperial forces took the citizens hostage and demanded Leia surrender to the Dark Side. The heroines made an unexpected escape - they accidentally triggered a teleporter that transported them to a space station 22,300 miles above the earth! The team made good use of the long-abandoned Justice League Watchtower, firing its space-gun to take down the AT-AT and staging a daring teleport raid to reclaim the city. Vader retreated in disgrace. The women were named joint-recipients of the award and took it back to hero headquarters so they could "tease the boys".

I've missed LJ like crazy. And I'm exhausted from keeping up with her today.
