This is wonderful. Absolutely everything I could and did want for Christmas!

Awkward-Jensen and rescuing-Jeff are just delicious here, as is their wonderfully stilted and naturalistic dialogue - I adore the very easy and natural feel to this even with the gorgeous Christmassy fic set-up.

I genuinely and honestly could not be happier. This is sweet, and hot, and just delicious. All the little details like the fireplace and how many remote controls there are lend it such a wonderful real atmosphere.

Eee! Thank you! I'm glad that you liked it! I was originally going to write a very different story but I couldn't make it work in the time frame.

It's not QUITE being stuck in a random Canadian shack but it's close, I suppose. It wasn't until after I'd written most of it, though, that I realized that Christmas was right around the corner and I had to go back and rewrite it.
