She wants to make sure that it doesn't have any real ties to any of the Seals. So if someone could put the lease in a fake name, it could be in a different part of the city.

She just wants to cover all of her bases.

It all sounds acceptable to me! Shikamaru thinks that the safe house should be purchased in a strategic location in Tokyo. A spot that is as centralized and inconspicuous as possible, in comparison to the barrier locations. Then there'd be easier access in case of an emergency. It'd be hard to pinpoint the perfect spot, but Shikamaru could help Yuuki's parents pick the right house to invest in, if this is okay with everybody? Maybe? :x
