Misa understands that. Misa just finds it frustrating that her parents' killer could walk free if something doesn't change. Misa wants justice. Is that so wrong?

It would be preferable to save your gratitude for when the killer is brought to justice, as I would not want to fail and have your gesture be done in vain. Though, I am confident that I will be able to apprehend him.

Misa is sure that Ryuuzaki-san will not fail, but Misa gets it. She will use the time to plan something very special for Ryuuzaki-san, because Ryuuzaki-san is her hero.
