Maybe whoever the last Seal is hasn't been paying attention to this place...so they don't know that they're a Seal. But I'm sure they'll get in touch with us soon! I'm pretty sure whoever it is, they will.

Well, I didn't mean that we'd be doing it alone. 2 or 3 of us at a time can start going to the barriers and putting up our kekkai. The rest will be around just in case another barrier is attacked. This way we are always covered.
