I am so freaking sick of UPS. They just suck here in New York, and I don't know what it is. Lazy drivers? Incompetent dispatchers? I think it's both ( Read more... )

I hate UPS too. Stupid morons. I like Fed Ex. Companies should let you choose who ships your packages, dammit.

Seriously, so many of them use UPS, and UPS just blows goat chunks. I've never had a problem with the good ol' US Postal Service, never.

I agree, you should be able to choose - it's like a racket. UPS must give a kick-back to companies to use them exclusively. We have no problem here, but then we've had the same UPS guy for the past 20 years.

I do use a shipping service and the people who run it have children who live in NYC and she says they have constant problems with UPS as well. I will NEVER send you something UPS if I can possible help it. But, as we have all observed, somethimes there is no choice.

I bet you're right, UPS probably has some kind of really good deal for these companies that use them.
