With the Holidays - and all the rich foods and overindulgences they entail - popping up next week, I've been exercising like crazy lately in anticipation. It won't come to that. Twenty pounds overweight is a lifestyle, not an off-week or two. But I think you are on the right track and are approaching the holidays in a healthy way. This time of year won't have a bad effect on you.

Thanks. And I know that a few weeks of indulgence won't leave me 20 pounds overweight again, but it's a slippery slope - I become complacent with 2 or 3 extra pounds, then I gain 2 or 3 more, and so on. It's easy to make excuses and exceptions, but then you start doing that for every little thing, you know?
