I can’t say that I use them, though I am hoping to someday use animal spirits/guides in my practices, probably starting with my Totems. As for what my totem is I do keep a small fox on my alter representing what I believe my totem to be, though Cats and Wolves are defiantly up there on the list of animals I feel connected and drawn to.
