Insanity is a pretty intense cardio workout that also develops strength. Month 1 of the schedule involves 26-59 min long workouts 6 days a week. The short work outs are "Fit Test" days and the long ones are 4 days of a 42 minute workout followed by a 17 minute workout. I only did Month 1. I was ready to punch Shaun T in the face.

Week 5 is less cardio intensive and a strength/balance focused workout.

Month 2 (so it's a 9 week program) has a couple of days that are 90 minutes (fit test + an hour workout, basically) and the rest of the days are 35-60 minutes.

Be ready to sweat buckets and feel like a wet rag at the end. But, it produces results. I'll probably start it up again in a week or two. I just need a break from Shaun T telling me to push harder when my butt hurts.

If you have a flash drive that's at least 16GB (I do not have a spare one), I can copy it for you.
