I am a legend!

Everything is done, even the last minute shopping (fresh food stuff). Our shops were all open tonight (same stock on the shelves tonight as what will be there first thing tomorrow morning *nods*), so I got everything I needed, and while it was a little crowded, it was nowhere near what it’s going to be tomorrow and everyone appeared to be really ( Read more... )

You would think that sleep might have been on the agenda, but apparently not :/

I would have been terrified, especially with the roof tile noise, if hubby hadn't been here.

I've woken up this morning feeling a little more human and tomorrow I should feel amazing again :)

It's just such a relief to know everything is ready and done, and all I have to concentrate on today is myself ;) I wish we had weather that permitted baking for Christmas... We'd love to have a Christmas with all that rich, warm food!

Merry Christmas *huggles*

Okay, maybe I'm just tired (woke up 4am to get to Manila for my 6:30am work shift since I'm spending the holidays w/ my folks), but for a minute there I kept thinking "noise on the roof -- hmmm, Santa came early to the Kingston household" then I read about the neighborhood kids & felt such a dork all of the sudden! that's when you get when you haven't had coffee yet on your system to begin with! *^^*

I'm glad you're done with your Xmas shopping -- and you deserve to spend the entire day to relax! Also, I've already sent you my Xmas package to you. It's not much really -- just stuff I could pull off on a tight budget -- but I hope you like it. You'll probably get it early January since I just sent it last Friday. Hope you and your family have a hot & fun-filled Xmas! *hugs*

Santa on the roof would have been far less scary ;)

It was a good feeling to have it over with *g* Christmas this year has been quite cool. I'll covet my mailman!

*hi-fives you* Yay for looking human again! ;)

*worries about the noises*

Bummer that you have to vacuum ON Christmas day, but you gotta do what you gotta do. *pats* You get bonus parent points for embarrassing your kids in the supermarket *grin*

Icky singing neighbours... *shudders*

It was so good to have it all done! And I managed to look almost human for much of Christmas day :)

The noises were kids thinking they were funny, but it's still disturbing at that hour of the night.

It has to be done with the dog moulting the way he is at the moment. My kids are the only ones who don't see the humor in that ;)

He did it again last night, while we were all sitting in the alfresco having drinks *cringes*
