Steam billowed from the idling Hogwarts Express as students milled about on the platform greeting friends and bidding farewell to family. Two young wizards stood at the end of the platform, keeping a close watch on the magical gateway between the Muggle world and theirs.

“Same old talent as every year,” Blaise Zabini commented disappointedly.

“Patience,” Draco cautioned, not willing to give up the search for someone new to keep him amused in his final year as a student.

“We’ll be stuck with the same girls as usual,” Blaise said dejectedly.

Draco’s eyes slipped over to the group of Slytherin girls gathered by the train. Pansy, Daphne and Millicent were greeting each other politely, unlike the Gryffindors further down the platform who were throwing themselves into each others arms and squealing loudly. He’d been connected to two of the three over the years, but in nothing more than a casual capacity. To be truthful, they bored him senseless.

“This one isn’t bad,” Blaise muttered as he shoved Draco’s shoulder. “Not bad at all.”

With little interest, because Blaise’s idea of ‘not bad’ wasn’t quite in the same category as his, Draco returned his eyes to the gateway. What met his gray orbs almost made him gasp aloud. How could he have missed such a beauty before?

His eyes began at the girl’s slender ankles and greedily traveled up her shapely legs. The journey was interrupted high on her thighs by a fan of soft blue fabric. Her skirt was so short that it was almost indecent - a fact that he appreciated greatly. As his eyes roamed higher his appreciation grew. The bodice of her dress was straining so much that it might have fit her comfortably some three years ago. Of course, the fact that her clothing was too small indicated that she was from a poor family, but it was irrelevant as he watched her breasts intently for a few moments, hoping that she might move the wrong way and accidentally fall out of her dress. A light dusting of freckles over her creamy chest teased his eyes before he continued his journey north. Rose-colored lips were next, and his mind wandered to what they might taste like before seeking out her eyes. A pair of cinnamon eyes met his with a hard glare, before his view was blocked.

“What the bloody hell are you doing staring at my sister, Malfoy?”

Draco staggered back as a large hand landed in the middle of his chest. Surprise left him mute for a few seconds, but he recovered quick enough. “What makes you think your sister is worth staring at, Weasel? I wouldn’t waste my time on-“

“Just keep your eyes to yourself, Ferret,” Ron growled. “I saw you!”

Draco threw a disdainful look at the furious redhead and stalked off with Blaise at his heels. Crabbe and Goyle were never around when he needed them. As he passed the Weasel’s sister he glanced over at her. She looked curious, for want of a better word. Draco threw caution to the wind; he carefully arranged his features into what he considered was a sexy smirk and then winked at her. He was assured that this year was going to be very entertaining simply by the fact that she didn’t hex him in that brief moment of insanity.

As he boarded the train he wondered if she was as naughty as she looked.
