I deleted my facebook yesterday. Not for any sort of dramatic reason, I just didn't care anymore. I don't really care whats going on with anyone back home, if I need anything I can just email my mom and find stuff out

Facebook drama was a factor in my decision, but it wasn't a butthurt "I'm leaving" I was just tired of drama in general. I get enough of it with my housemates and people at work!

As to the work thing, my rule has always been colleagues yes, bosses no. Now that I'm the boss I made it clear to my girls that I do not blame them if they don't want to be my FB friends. I understand that sometimes you need someplace to vent without it ending up in a work investigation.
