Wedding!

Draco was dressed in dress robes with a light tuxedo with pale green vest underneath. Waiting for Tom to open the door so their group could proceed for the place for the ceremony. Last minute checking over himself for everything, and glancing at the wedding party with some excitement and nervousness.

Mia was nervous, too, and the entire group was eagerly waiting.

Not yet dressed in her wedding gown. That will come when they actually get there. The same with Jessica. But the boys were dressed up.

Already acting like a wife, she straightens his tie and whispers, "You look just fine, dear."

Tom arrives a few minutes before Ingress and Door. Dressed in a light grey suit with a green tie and waistcoat. He waves to Mia, but makes a beeline to Draco.

As best man, his place is beside the groom.

"Hullo, Draco," he says, clapping a hand on his shoulder. "How are you holding up?"

"Fine!" He exclaimed in a high voice, and then coughed.

"All right, I suppose." A touch nervous.

"Only slightly terrified or massively so?"

Tom's mostly teasing.

Will is in the charcoal grey suit with a lovely green shirt, fidgeting with his tie and watching Draco and Mia, he has no idea what to expect.

Kate came over to check his tie, mirroring Mia's actions.

"Don't fidget so much, and you look handsome." She was dressed in a long pink dress to stick with the theme.

Once the ladies are done fussing over their boys, Mia goes over to Will and gives him a hug.

"Thank you for coming. I know it was short notice, but it means so much to know that you're going to be there."

"Course I was goin' to be 'ere. Ye're me sister after all."

Ceremony

They had arrived at the place for the ceremony. There was a cool sea breeze blowing, and a waterfall nearby.

"Well, at least we won't have to worry about the priest that almost officiated my wedding," Jessica says. "Remember that?"

"How can I forget?" Mia asks with a giggle. "He thought he was throwing a patio party."

"Yeah, yeah, we can reminisce about days past later, ladies," Kyle says with a grin. "You go off and make yerselves pretty."

"Wow, Kyle, 'reminisce'? Your vocabulary lessons are paying off," Nash remarks, tilting his hat a bit so it doesn't sit on his pompadour.

With that, the girls go off to get dressed, save for Luna, who goes with Alex to set up their music. Nall naturally follows the girls, sitting on Lemia's shoulder. Nash and Kyle go stand by some seats on the bride's side, watching things unfold.

The time for final pep talks has come.

Draco was just going to try not to fidget, and be nervous. He had his vows in a pocket. Even though he memorized his. His feet shifted back and forth as he stood around waiting.

He's not the only one trying not to fidget and be nervous.

"He looked so pale and scared," Mia says, a little pale herself. "Do you think he's changed his mind?"

"Oh, calm down," Jessica says, straightening the dress and hair before getting the veil. "All grooms are nervous at this point. Trust me, when he sees you coming, all of that fear is just going to melt off of his face."

The veil is carefully placed on Mia and finishing touches are made.

"No woman's ever looked so beautiful," she comments to the blushing bride.

Even with the public reception later on, it's never a bad time for gifts for the happy couple.

Except for the fact that no one has any idea what to give them that they don't already have. Hopefully, they won't mind the excess.

Alex, Luna, and Nall (well, mostly Luna) gave them some simple flatware. It's pretty, it's useful, and there are enough settings for a small family dinner.

Kyle and Jessica gave them a bottle of wine (Kyle's gift) and a dark blue quilt with swirling stars on it (Jessica's gift). At least husband and wife can coordinate what gifts might go good together.

Nash gave them what could be considered trifles, but they are nice ones. A green tie and silver cuff links for Draco, a green wrap and gold earrings for Mia.

Lemia gave them a nice set of wine glasses, an excellent addition to the flatware and lovely to keep as part of a private collection, separate from the Guild's own collections for special occasions.

Mia couldn't believe the sight of all of the presents.

A simple wicker picnic basket full of treats from Nottingham is placed on the table with a bow of pink and green.

Inside there are wines, cheeses, and breads but also a lovely picnic set of flatware and a blanket from Kate and Will.
