The Four Fold Negation
Yes (ironic).
Freedom!
The Process Notes (original notes as typed by Corrigan in normal text; my own addenda from memory and, arguably, commentary are italicized)
Does Yes got at the top or the bottom? Lauren points out that someone reading the spectrum from top to bottom would be horribly demoralized at the end.
Or is it left to right? What about a spreadsheet?
Should there be columns?
Color? Later. Colour would be especially useful for indicating shades of irony in the spectrum. But what colour is irony? Lauren says pink, but while pink is often ironic, I don't think irony is pink.
Can we have less discussion about formatting?
I can't decide is more committed than I don't know it would be on another axisthis is why the spread "I don't know" is the midpoint. But "maybe" is the midpoint. Corrigan notes that "I don't know" is sort of orthogonal, not a direct answer.
Does this exist to be readable?
Who is its audience?
Who is its audience should be in the design notes. Yes!
[inaudible laughter]
Well I find it hilarious
Look how so many of the negatives are actually positives + negatives! e.g., "absolutely not".
We should probably stick to spelling and grammar conventions (of 1783). 1783?
Use this list to find out how you are acting (and chose accordingly.) No! Choice happens after. You act first, you decide what you did later.
Is it possible that there are something things that don't belong on the list, or even in the process notes.
Does this desk belong in the proccess notes?
For example, the previous likely does not belong in the process notes.
After the inclusion of the word freedom in the honorable mention, lauren resignes becouse her critir has been coopted. Her critique, that is. Possibly the critique on pink irony.
And then we went outside.
The List is closed. But now we can talk about the List as object! Any further discussion becomes commentary rather than editing. I note that we missed "kinda", or perhaps it didn't belong there; Corrigan states decisively that this was a terrible oversight on our part.
Later note: "negative" should also have been on there.
