Today I spent 3 hours in a freezing cold school hall with cyberchezza , trying to sell some surplus books. We made an absolutely whacking 5p profit each......

Will have to try again in January..

Hmmmm - I'd say 5 penny chews, but with inflation & in the current economic climate, I'd probably only be able to buy one....

Do you remember the penny boxes that were in some of the shops...erm, no, you'll be remembering the halfpenny boxes lol. Ageing myself, I remember when it was the penny box. You could buy 4 different sweets with one penny, sometimes the sweets would have quite a few inside a wrapper too.
