This is really cool, I love this story! All the medical detail is really awesome, and Sam's totally nonmedical concern about his blood adds just that extra shiver.

Love how each character was absolutely doing they best they could the whole time throughout the story, and I'm super glad Dean is gonna be fine in the end!
