I am absolutely floored by the blackwork. Fantastic! I've been working on a civil war day dress myself, complete with corsetry and other underpinnings. I know how much work goes into this stuff (blisters, blood, sweat and tears), and my costume is nowhere near the level of detail as yours. Beautiful stuff.
BTW: my husband would take a "detail" picture just as your husband does, which is why I don't let him near the camera :)
