Ticket/Pass question

I have a bit of a silly question, as this is only my second year attending and my husband and I bought tickets far in advance last time - is it possible to buy the four day weekend passes on Thursday at the Sheraton? Or do they only sell single-day passes on site?

If I am not mistaken, you can buy a weekend pass at the door; it's just more expensive that way. Have you checked the DragonCon store? Do they still have them for sale there?

Edit: I just went to the DragonCon store, and you can still purchase them before hand. Otherwise, you can get them onsite at the door. =P

I knew they were still on the website, I was just hoping to use some cash I had on hand to do buy it. Looks like I'll be depositing that cash in the bank and then using the card, then! :-)

According to the D C website, today (Aug. 16) is the last day you can buy them in advance. You can buy a 4 day membership at the door on Thursday, Aug. 29. To speed up the process, they recommend that, sometime before you head to the con, you go to this link, enter your info and print out the QR code it'll generate:

Bring the QR code with you when you buy your membership on site. They can just scan that and not have to enter all your info by hand. The cost you would pay if you bought a membership online today is $130.00. That will also be the price if you buy it at the door on Thursday, so there's no advantage to buying them online today. If you do buy online, they will not send you a postcard (it's too late to be sure you'd get it before con). Just bring your receipt and ID to Registration at the Sheraton.
