Do you think the hotel staff trade horror stories about us?

I'm sure of it. But they also know they will never have a boring shift. :)

Hopefully, we can improve the percentage of pleasant customer relations for all parties each year. The hotel staff has always been incredible when I've needed them. Particular shout-out to the Sheraton and the Westin, which went above and beyond last year for me and mine.
