ETA: this meetup will be Sunday at noon, in the Hilton lobby (there are these "conversation nooks" there for potential actual gaming). Do you have specific plans for this? I know there is a group from the Warhammer 40K universe marching in the parade on Saturday, don't know how many plan to be suited up on Sunday as well.

I think it was last year there was a Clue group. They posed in my booth so they had a photoshoot for in the Library.

I have a Magic the Gathering costume I'm pretty pleased with, but I'd need more concrete plans (i.e. A time and a place) before I could commit to a photo shoot. Sunday mornings are fairly open, but I'm pretty much nonsto on Sundays after 2 or 3.

Perhaps noon, in the Hilton lobby? I say "Hilton lobby" because there are these "conversation nooks" there according to sparr's list of potential photoshoot locations, and these nooks also allow for the possibility of actually playing games (or look like we are) if people are so inclined. If the group gets too big, we'd move upstairs to the 5th floor.
