Dragoncon is coming up in 45 days, and this community is about to get super busy, as many of you know. In order to minimize the traffic, I have a couple of suggestions, if I may... even though I'm aware it very well may likely fall upon deaf ears.

It's funny really. I 'dream' about this stuff throughout the year- and now it's around the corner. It's strange in a really cool way.

Would it be useful if I spend an hour or so going back and tagging some of the older entries? I was thinking of hitting posts that are applicable to "parking info", "badges", "registration", "disability services", and "scheduling", mostly.

Made it back to mid-September 2008. For the heck of it, might hit the period between D*C 2007 and D*C 2008 this Saturday night. Slugged a couple of "faq" tags on things that are far earlier iterations of this month's Most Likely Questions.

(In no particular order:
1) Yes, you can pick up your buddy's badge, utilizing the lovely instructions given here.
2) Check out the food tag. Some threads started with another topic and swerved into the niftiest collection of restaurant reviews or recipe suggestions ( ... )
