On the other hand, I am also not as fond of today's cartoons. Some of it drives me insane. (I hate Pokemon, despite having recently married someone with a Pokemon Tattoo) I don't really like spongebob either, though I appreciate that Mr Crab is the Kurgen from Highlander.

But yeah. There IS some good stuff produced these days. Avatar is friggin' AWESOME, and may now be my favorite, second to Gargoyles.

Harvey Birdman and Sealab have a very specific style of comedy that's not for everyone. I find them funny for the most part, but low in rewatch value. Unfortunately, Adult Swim saw how popular those two were and attempted to crap out a whole bunch of similar cartoons that are varying levels of awful (eg. Frisky Dingo and Saul of the Mole Men, which isn't even a cartoon wtf).

...Now that I think of it, A LOT of the stuff created by Adult Swim is so...not for me. I DO like Metalocalypse when I catch it, I desperately wish Korgoth would have been picked up, and Moral Orel makes me snicker like a mad, mad thing. Robot Chicken needs to die. In a fire. Until it's dead. >.>

Oh, and I fully admit to liking Titan Maximum and wish they'd bring it back. Claymation fTW! :D
