I Want Off the Plateau Now

The weight has stabilized at the old 20% plateau. I'm actually moderately happy with that, but I really need to move past it. The current meal regimen is rather boring, but I'm too lazy to look up any recipies. The last time I looked at suggested meals, they were things I don't particularly care for the taste of. I like tea, but I don't equate it with wine. White tea does seem to be a bit bland, but it blends well with other teas.

Don't get discouraged by the small progress. Enough little bits of progress and you'll get there. And closet cleaning is somehow very liberating. Even the removal of a few items feels that way to me. :)

Our closets did get cleaned out a couple of years ago, and they are still stuffed full. Not quite to the Fibber McGee point of any of them being dangerous to open, but bad enough. I keep reminding myself that even tiny progress is still progress. The trick is to not allow regressions--once you've gotten rid of stuff that is not needed, don't add stuff to fill up the vacant space.
